Sometimes theory enters into the equation and we can't avoid it. But the theory I like is practical theory. You know, the type you can apply immediately because you know it works. I guess it's not theory at that point any longer, it's knowledge. Enough of that though. My real purpose for this post is the application of Gagne's 9 events in "E" learning (what's elearning anyway? Isn't it just learning? A subject for another post). Jeffrey Goldman of Provident Bank has a short, sweet, and to the point post on his blog about how he applies Gagne's 9 steps when developing elearning.
